Our company specializes in all kinds of towels, bath towels, beach towels, children′s bathrobes and other products. There are different fabrics such as pure cotton and microfiber, as well as different processing techniques such as terry and cut pile. The pattern is rich, the weight is sufficient, the water absorption performance and the antistatic performance are good.
Our factory has world-leading air-jet looms, rapier looms and other weaving equipments which eable us to make dyeing, postprocessing, high-speed printing, and warping, sizing, finishing, etc. With the realization of automatic production process, the production quality is stabe so that our company meets the various need for middle and high-end fabrics and different processes.
Our labas more than 300 sets of detection and testing equipment, equipped with Datacolor computer color measurement and matching system, automatic batching titration system, American Agilent color gas phase mass spectrometer and other international advanced equipment.
It has the testing ability to test more than 40 items such as ISO European standard, AATCC American standard, JIS Japanese standard and national standard. The test results have been recognized by international customers, providing a solid guarantee for the research and development of new products and technologies.
The lab can carry out more than 80 projects including formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amines, extractable heavy metals, fabric flame retardancy, fabric appearance test, coil strength and various fastnesses.
Products are mainly exported to Japan, South Korea, the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. We also costomize towels for some famous brands, such as Vera Bradley, Nautica, Nina Ricci, Aokee, PINK, BJ etc.
